Services

Falcon Aviation Photography offers professional photography services in addition to image downloads.

If you have an event or aircraft that you would like Falcon to photograph, we can provide that service. Customer needs vary from job to job and our pricing structure is adjusted accordingly to meet the client’s needs. Here is our basic pricing structure:

1.    Basic image capture is $2.00 per image. This includes shooting, archiving and preparing for client edit. Edit form may be Web gallery, CD or contact sheet (minimum 25 captures per deliverable format).

2.    Custom retouching and editing per image is available per the customer’s request, with pricing to be determined by amount of work performed. Typical image editing would include further color balance if necessary, removal of unwanted items in an image (to a degree, if feasible), and custom cropping and sizing of an image. Minimum charge for custom editing is $25.00 per ½ hour.

3.    Event pricing is $175.00 per day (i.e., Air Show or Fly-In). If more than one day is necessary, then a multi-day package price will be adjusted. Pricing does not include image capture or other custom options.

4.    The event charge begins one hour before the start of the event and ends when the event has concluded, or as agreed upon with the client in advance.

5.    Event pricing does not include transportation. Client would provide transportation costs for Falcon Aviation Photography to and from event. If agreed upon by client and travel by ground is feasible, then approximate fuel costs, mileage and lodging if necessary would be covered by client.  Meals are not covered by client.

6.    If airfare is necessary to and from event and agreed upon by client, then airfare for (one) person, rental vehicle and lodging costs if necessary would be covered. Meals are not covered by client.

7.    Press passes would be provided (up to two) for Falcon Aviation Photography. (VIP accommodations would be appreciated; however, not required.)

8.    Please allow at least one month advance booking with 50% deposit to secure attendance and 50% remainder due at delivery of photo package.

9.    At this time, Falcon does not offer an option for ordering prints on our Website, but if prints are requested,  Falcon offers several different printing options in multiple sizes including customization. Falcon performs all printing work in house up to 13" X 19".  Please contact us for further details and pricing.
